A distinctive feature of the Alpha-Pack-Bin is the linear arrangement of the hydraulic cylinders, which enables very high compaction results. The container can be continuously loaded through the large, easy-to-access filling opening, even during the compaction process. In addition, the waste compactor features an automatic self-cleaning function of the patented BERGMANN plunger, eliminating the need for manual, laborious, and unhygienic cleaning of the compacting plunger.

Waste and recyclables compactors with a rotating compaction roller for roll-off containers or recycled PE film bags The packing stations/waste packing stations developed by BERGMANN offer an efficient and continuous solution for waste collection directly at the source. For over 40 years, they have helped minimize waste handling costs with the highest compaction rates. Key features of the packing stations include the quiet and low-maintenance electric roller drive, compaction in recycled PE film bags on a standard pallet or in roll containers, the compact footprint, and the high quality of a structurally and technically mature product. The right/left-rotating compaction roller picks up the material and compacts it in layers, achieving the highest compaction rates. Material can be fed continuously and can thus be optimally integrated into extraction or conveyor systems via control links, resulting in no waiting times. This saves time and costs.

Compaction reduces the volume of the waste, significantly lowering transport costs. Continuous filling is possible during the compaction process. The reciprocating piston technology of the waste compactor boxes, developed by BERGMANN 50 years ago, enables extremely high compaction of waste in a container that can be equipped with a watertight seal. Key features of BERGMANN’s waste compactor boxes include hygienic self-cleaning, low maintenance requirements, and the ability to be continuously loaded. The waste compactor boxes are available for hook-lift and roll-off trucks, operate quietly, are easy to empty, and are technically and structurally mature.

Hydraulic device for emptying small waste containers The tipping devices are the ideal addition to existing large waste containers. They can be used to locally merge and empty existing standard containers into larger containers, such as open containers, screw presses or press boxes. This lifting and tilting device is available as a mobile (castors & swivel castors) or stationary version. There is also a tilting device which is suitable for low ceiling heights. Our tilting devices are operated using a safe two-hand control.
