The Roll-Packer is the “original” developed by BERGMANN, offering the highest reliability and quality. It is used as an attachment for open containers. More than 50 years of experience set standards in durability and ease of maintenance.
The continuous rolling motion of the heavy, electrically powered compaction drum constantly breaks up, shreds, and compacts the material being poured in, so that, depending on the material, only every fifth emptying trip is necessary.
The future in detail
Safe
High occupational safety is ensured by closely spaced safety guards with safety limit switches that only allow the Roll Packer to start when a container is inserted. The Roll Packer RP 7700-E is also TÜV GS certified as standard.
Economical & quiet
The integrated electric motor above the compaction drum consumes two-thirds less power than conventional drives, resulting in even greater cost savings.At 62 dB(A), the Roll Packer operates whisper-quietly. CO2 emissions are also reduced.
Robust
Special steel construction which absorbs the highest torsional moments and thus protects joints and construction.
Reliable
Fewer wearing parts such as valves, pumps, etc. thanks to innovative electric drive. This reduces maintenance costs enormously. In addition, a very high drive torque can be achieved thanks to the electric direct drive.
User-friendly
All that is required for installation on site is a 400V power connection and a roll-off container with a minimum height of 2,500 mm. Once the RP 7700-E is installed, it is easy to operate.
Special accessories
Thanks to the hydraulic roller positioning, container lids can be opened and closed easily when the roller is raised.
