The Alpha-Pack-Bin type APB 1120 is a mobile compaction container that can be transported with the aid of roll-off vehicles. The Bergmann compaction principle efficiently compacts cardboard and recyclable materials. The linear arrangement of the hydraulic cylinders ensures 100% power transmission to the compacted material over the entire compaction stroke. In contrast to cylinders arranged like scissors, the APB 1120 achieves approximately 15 % higher transport weights.

Specially developed for recycling centers, this type processes large cardboard boxes such as TV and outer packaging quickly and reliably when customer volumes are high. The service-friendly design with external cylinders minimizes the risk of failure, while robust sliding plates cover the rear area of the pressing piston. The hydraulic unit can be pulled out to the side, allowing service technicians easy access to all relevant components.
