Mobile Compaction in Multiple Open Containers
The new all-electric MOBILE-JUMBO RP 7700 M-E-I is equipped with its unique electric drive and compaction system and can move autonomously within a designated area. The vehicle draws its energy from a maintenance-free, encapsulated battery. The ELEKTRO-MOBILE-JUMBO breaks up, crushes, and compacts the material being loaded through a continuous rolling motion with a compaction force of approximately 2 tons.
The drum of the electric Mobil Jumbo is driven by a special, low-maintenance, and patented electric motor-gearbox combination. Compared to electro-hydraulic systems, the combination of efficient electric wheel and drum drives results in significant energy savings, enabling operating times of 6-9 hours without recharging.

The BERGMANN communication module installed as standard enables access to the machine at any time via the mobile network for remote diagnosis.
Safe
Safety glazing and protective grille for the windshield as well as a lockable door ensure the safety of the driver during the entire rolling time. The large windshield, which is slanted forwards, provides an ideal view of the compaction area in the container or of the optional container travel unit. The cab complies with and has been tested in accordance with the TOPS safety standard.
High range
Equipped with its own electric wheel drive, the ELEKTRO-MOBIL-JUMBO can be moved independently within an area. Depending on the terrain, ambient temperature and material, the capacity of the 26 kWh flash battery pack is sufficient for 6 to 9 hours of operation (combination driving/compacting). Extremely quiet. Extremely environmentally friendly.
Robust
The special tubular construction of the arms and the base frame is made of high-quality steel and is equipped with low-wear joints - tried and tested for decades in daily use in a wide variety of waste fractions. The design absorbs the strongest torsional moments.
Simple
The machine is very easy to operate. The roll path can be programmed quickly and easily for different container lengths using a multifunction joystick. The travel drive is equipped with two electric wheel motors as standard, which are also infinitely variable via the joystick and an electronic control system.
Flexible
As an option, the machine can maneuver containers up to 12 t with the help of the patented container handling device. Without a truck! This increases the availability of containers (e.g. at weekends) and avoids truck costs.
