Continuously feedable waste compactor with rotating compaction unit for roll containers

The waste packing stations (baling press) developed by BERGMANN combine the advantage of continuous filling with the efficient collection of waste and refuse directly at the point of origin. Compaction takes place directly in the 800 liter roll containers which can be picked up by waste disposal vehicles. Low space requirements and high compaction results lead to maximum cost savings, as expensive and space-consuming large containers can be replaced.

Mode of operation

  1. Once the container has been retracted, it can be continuously filled by anyone using the large filling chute.
  2. Collection, shredding and compaction of the waste by rotating compaction rollers.
  3. The roll container with the highly compacted material can be easily removed and transported.
