Roll-Packer Trans-Pack Flexible II

The Trans-Pack Flexible II is the versatile member of the Bergmann Roll Packer family. It is easily transported to customers’ locations using a roll-off truck and performs its compaction work directly from the truck. This saves the customer up to 3-4 container transports. The waste management company brings the compaction service to the source of the waste/recyclables via a planned customer route.
Technical features
Use
Mobile and flexible for use with any number of open containers - stationary or on the move. Ideal for bulky and voluminous waste such as wood, pallets, cardboard or green waste.
Compaction
Heavy compaction roller (approx. 2 t) with wear-resistant teeth ensures maximum compression of the material. Compaction in layers reduces the volume of waste to a minimum.
Drive
Linear roller movement with high compaction performance, stable design and robust roller drive for many years of use. Roller can be used from both sides of the container.
Cabin
Protected, elevated driver's cab with optimum view of the work area. User-friendly controls and safe environment even in bad weather.
Operation
Simple control via clear control panel. Folding ladder and safety railing ensure safe ascent and descent. Emergency stop button and warning lights provide additional safety.
Flexibility
Suitable for containers up to 7 m in length, can be variably positioned on factory premises, recycling yards or industrial sites. Quick changeover between locations thanks to roll-off system.
