A special feature of the BERGMANN Alpha-Pack-Bin are the linear external hydraulic cylinders in combination with the unique self-cleaning compaction piston. This achieves very high compaction results. The container can be continuously loaded via the large and easy-to-fill filling opening.
Thanks to the pendulum roof developed by BERGMANN, problem-free emptying is guaranteed. It goes without saying that the automatic self-cleaning function of the BERGMANN spill piston is integrated into the waste press box. This means that no cleaning work is required behind or under the press piston.
BERGMANN APB 606 series waste press boxes are available for roll-off tippers and have a low operating noise level. They are technically and constructively mature and impress with their low-maintenance operation.

Mode of operation
- Placement of the self-cleaning press plunger with throw-over plunger in the foremost position. During the pressing stroke and the subsequent return stroke, the entire feed chamber is available for continuous feeding.
- Positioning of the self-cleaning press plunger with throw-over plunger in the extreme rear position. The material thrown in during the previous pressing stroke is thrown in front of the pressing piston by the throw-over piston.
