The packing stations (baling presses) developed by BERGMANN are THE alternatives for efficient and CONTINUOUS waste collection directly at the point of origin. For over 40 years, they have been helping to minimize the costs of waste handling with the highest compaction rates. A rotating compaction roller captures, tears and compacts the material continuously and effectively within a very short time.
Special features of the packing stations are the quiet and low-maintenance drives, the compaction in PE film bags on a standard pallet, the small space requirement and the high quality level of a product that has been perfected in terms of design and technology.

Mode of operation

  1. Simple and continuous filling thanks to the large filling chute.
  2. Collection, shredding and compaction of the waste by a special rotating roller.
  3. The highly compacted waste is placed in a previously suspended PE bag with a standard pallet underneath and can be easily removed with a hand pallet truck.
  4. The waste bale ready for recycling can be conveniently transported to the collection point.
