Mobile Compaction in Multiple Open Containers

The proven, diesel-powered MOBILE-JUMBO RP 7700 M-VIII is equipped with a hydraulic drive for travel as well as compaction and can be moved independently within a given area.

The Mobile-Jumbo is the original BERGMANN-developed compactor, offering the highest reliability and quality, and can be used with any number of open containers within a single area. More than 20 years of experience set standards in durability and ease of maintenance.
The continuous rolling motion of the heavy compaction drum constantly breaks up, shreds, and compacts the material being poured. This enables compaction ratios of 3:1 or higher. As a result, cost savings of up to 60% are possible, leading to rapid amortization.
The patented container moving device of the RPM 7700 Mobile-Jumbo also offers the advantage that a truck does not need to be ordered separately to exchange a full container. This saves additional costs.

Mode of operation

The Mobile Jumbo at a recycling center, a typical place of use. Here, all containers can be compacted with just one Mobil Jumbo
The specially equipped compaction roller breaks, tears and compacts the waste. Even during the compaction process, filling can continue.
Once the container has been filled, it is pulled from the container storage area using the container moving device without the help of a truck and prepared for removal.
Now an empty container is taken from the depot and placed back in the row.

Economic efficiency

The Mobile Jumbo is a flexible and efficient solution for compacting waste in any number of open containers at one location. Equipped with its own drive, it enables the waste volume to be minimized to a fraction of the original volume with maximum flexibility. This significantly increases the service life and availability times of the containers.
A single machine is sufficient to optimally compact the volume of waste in the containers and thus minimize the number of emptying operations. Without the Mobile Jumbo, the container contents consist on average of 70 % air and only 30 % waste. With the Mobile Jumbo, this ratio is reversed.
The Mobile Jumbo can be used without any structural changes and pays for itself in a very short time. The existing collection system remains in place and there is no need for pre-shredding, cutting or folding of filling material. Even large quantities of bulky waste such as pallets, bulky waste or cable drums can be handled without any problems.

Continuous filling of the container during the compaction process is possible. The Mobil Jumbo also offers convenient and simple operation.
