Hydraulic device for emptying small waste containers

  • Secure and rapid emptying of small waste bins in containers or compaction boxes
  • Can be used everywhere, where, in several places in the plant, materials accumulate, which are first collected in standardised small containers and then introduced to a central place
  • Automatic lifting, opening of the cover and tipping of the container

Working method

  1. Bergmann HKV, connected to an existing electrical connection
  2. The waste bin, with up to 1,100-liter volume is pushed into the pick-up device
  3. By means of hydraulics, the container is lifted
  4. The integrated optional lid opener restrains the swinging lid and ensures complete emptying
